CZK 7,500 / cottage / night, stay min. 3 nights
CZK 16000 cottage / night, stay 2 nights
CZK 11,000 / cottage / night, stay at CHRISTMAS min.3 nights and NEW YEAR'S EVE, min. 5 nights

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling:

• within 30 days before the start of the stay - we return 100% of what the Client paid as a deposit.
• within 29 - 10 days before the start of the stay - we do not refund the paid deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay.
• within 9 - 0 days before the start of the stay - we do not refund the total amount paid for the stay.
• We will confirm the binding reservation only after receiving the reservation deposit, until then it is only a preliminary reservation.
• child up to 3 years free of charge without bed

The price includes accommodation, energy costs, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, dishcloth, detergents, basic hygiene items, consumed wood for tiled stoves.

The price does not include the local visitor's tax of CZK 30 / person.

A REFUNDABLE deposit of 200 Euro/5,000 CZK in cash is required at the time of accommodation.
